In an article entitled Gear Manufacturers Find Advantage in Indian and Asian Partners (Jan./Feb. 2006), Gear Technology magazine included a profile on Schafer Gear’s alliance with JayPee Forge Ltd., in India for the import of machined forgings.

In addition, Schafer Gear has alliance with Sampingranaggi of Italy to manufacture and import ground spiral bevel gears.
